NTS is a part of the Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Program,  Military Spouse Employer Partnership (MSEP) and the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (EGSR). We’ve participated in many other programs that cater to veterans, and continue to get involved however we can.

V3 is a Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Veterans Services Program whose mission is to educate and train employers throughout the Commonwealth on the Value of Virginia’s Veterans, and to help employers connect with these personal assets to maximize the productivity of their workforce.

MSEP connects military spouses with hundreds of partner employers who have committed to recruit, hire, promote and retain military spouses.

EGSR promotes cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers and assists in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee’s military commitment.
