Midlothian, August 9, 2016 – Networking Technologies + Support (NTS), announces the launch of a fully staffed 24-hour Network Operations Center (NOC). The staff of certified engineers are specialists in System Administration for Windows and Linux, Network Administration, Security, etc., offering Managed Services and customer support across the country. The NOC works with ITIL-compliant processes, integrated service desks and customizable workflows to suit each customer’s unique needs.

Many of the team’s daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring and management of customer operations
  • Ensuring continuous support & operations of critical infrastructure
  • Liaising with our partner support centers for incident management
  • Providing quality support for servers & systems and network infrastructure
  • Mitigating and managing issues around the clock

  • Monthly reporting on uptime/downtime of your network
  • Continual communication through our ticketing system from first call to resolution
  • Execution of after-hours projects
  • Firewall monitoring and management
  • Antivirus, E-mail, Spam and Web filter monitoring and management
  • Vulnerability assessment and monitoring
  • Security incident and event management response (SIEM)
