January at NTS: Kicking Off 2026 with Vision and Community

Happy New Year! We hit the ground running this January, balancing strategic planning for the year ahead with our passion for community mentorship. From reflecting on our 2025 successes to witnessing the impressive skills of local students, it’s been an inspiring start to 2026.

Charting the Course: Reflecting on 2025 and Planning for 2026

As we flipped the calendar, the NTS management team came together for a dedicated strategy session. It was a vital time to pause and look back at everything we achieved in 2025 while sharpening our focus for the months ahead.

  • Reflecting on Success: We reviewed the milestones and challenges of the past year to ensure we carry those lessons into our future projects.

  • Strategic Vision: Our leadership team mapped out the next steps for 2026, focusing on how we can continue to provide top-tier service and innovative solutions for our clients.

  • Commitment to Excellence: Our goal remains the same—to grow, adapt, and lead in the ever-evolving world of IT and cybersecurity.

Bridging the Gap: The #LifeReady Career Rodeo

One of our favorite moments this month was heading back into the community to support the workforce of tomorrow. We had an incredible time representing NTS at Henrico’s #LifeReady Career Rodeo Skills Challenge!

It was a privilege to join other local businesses in witnessing students from the ACE Centers showcase the skills they’ve honed over the last two years.

  • Hands-on Excellence: We saw students demonstrate not just technical ability, but impressive problem-solving and professionalism.

  • Inspiring the Next Generation: Our team loved discussing what a career in IT and cybersecurity looks like, answering questions, and seeing the future of the industry in such capable hands.

  • Community Partnership: A huge thank you to Henrico County Public Schools and the Henrico Career & Technical Education (CTE) program for creating this bridge between education and the workforce.

Honoring a Legacy and Maintaining Support

In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day on January 19th, our offices were closed as we took time to honor Dr. King’s life and enduring legacy of service and equality.

While our administrative offices took this time for reflection, we remained committed to our clients’ success:

  • 24x7x365 Reliability: As always, our Network Operations Center (NOC) and Service Desk remained fully operational throughout the holiday.

  • Uninterrupted Service: Our team stayed on the front lines to ensure our clients had the support they needed, any time of day or night.

At NTS, we’re energized by the talent we see in our community and the vision we have for the coming year. We look forward to a productive and successful 2026 alongside all of you!
