- Operation hours are M-F 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Candidates must be able to work during this time of day. Any specific schedule between that time will be provided upon hire.

Description:
Duties as required:
Answers incoming calls courteously and respectfully, introducing self and providing a welcome greeting.
Communicate electronically with patients and medical staff.
Additional position requirements:
Must be flexible with work schedules according to department staffing need or shift requirements.
Maintains a neat, clean appearance/attire and working environment in accordance to department and hospital policies.
Agents are required to work some holidays
Professional environment requiring professional dress.
Qualifications:
Previous experience/education with office technology including word processing, general typing, data entry and Windows applications (Word and Excel)
Previous experience/education with medical terminology
Call center experience required; experience working in a medical facility preferred.
Reliable transportation and valid VA Driver’s License required.
Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour
