Director of Integration Services

NTS IS HIRING A DIRECTOR OF INTEGRATION SERVICES to manage and coordinate the daily operations of the professional services staff while ensuring that NTS’ objectives and goals are met.  Works directly with clients to achieve optimum use of their technology, computer systems and networks.  Defines and implements solutions to integrate telephony technologies, desktop, shared devices and related networks, and systems for external and internal customers.  Recommends to client’s appropriate computer tools necessary for the integration including equipment, software, documentation, and training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the IT Integration leader technical expert.
• Develops an IT staff with the appropriate mix of business knowledge, technical and soft skill competencies that balance between growing agility and ensuring the core IT functions are reliable, stable and efficient.
  
• Hires, trains, and motivates staff. Conducts performance reviews and performance improvement plans.
• Checks and confirms the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by staff.
• Proposes and oversees budgets and timelines for projects.
• Provides a key link between NTS and client regarding quality and customer satisfaction, responding to the needs and questions of users concerning their access of resources on the network.
• Travels to key customer sites personally to ensure satisfaction, to respond to complaints if necessary, and to generally foster goodwill.
• Ensures that NTS attains the highest ratings of performance possible from its customers and its partner relationships.
• Conducts various tests and quality assurance checks to verify the quality of completed projects.
• Identifies opportunities for new projects and improved processes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; and ten years of related technical and management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must maintain relevant certifications for the position. These include but are not limited to strategic partner/vendor certifications from: Sophos, Cisco, Meraki, VMWare, Microsoft, Brocade in addition to Cisco certification exams such as CCNA, CCDA, or CCNP Certification.
