NTS IS HIRING A HELP DESK SUPERVISOR!
Networking Technologies + Support is a full-service system integrator providing customers with a single source for a broad range of high-technology products and services. Started in 1997, NTS has a national service delivery capability throughout 22 metropolitan locations in 9 states.
Required Skills:
· All levels helpdesk experience, remote and deskside support at various locations.
· Supervisory experience preferred.
· Dependable, self-driven
Job Responsibilities:
· Handling incoming helpdesk tickets/phone calls/emails, triage, handle what can be remotely.
· Travel to various locations for deskside support.
· Serve as escalation for helpdesk team.
· Support all levels of Client employees from CEO to client group “homes”.
Work Schedule:
Mon-Friday – 8:00 – 5:00
Pay Rate:
$25 – $30/hour with benefits starting on day 91 of employment
Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test (minus marijuana), have a valid license and reliable transportation.
