Summary: The Information Systems Administrator will administer and oversee the implementation, organization, and troubleshooting of the network, hardware, and software systems. This is a direct hire and all candidates must be willing to participate in and pass pre-employment screening including a background investigation, drug screening and driving record.

Job Responsibilities:     

  • Responsible for configuring, deploying, and maintaining reliable workstation, network (LAN/WAN), and server systems
  • Maintain integrity of network, servers, and security of information systems
  • Develop tools, procedures, and training for both operations and support staff
  • May help analyze user needs and recommend hardware/software solutions to management
  • Provide elevated support for escalated service requests
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT; directly related experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • 4-6+ years of progressive relevant experience in Information Technology
  • Extensive knowledge in managing a Microsoft environment with direct experience in Active Directory, Direct Access, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, and Hyper-V
  • Working knowledge with Helpdesk ticketing systems, preferably Microsoft Service Manager
  • Working knowledge of Android OS and Mobile Device Management
  • CCNA or equivalent certification in networking
  • SonicWALL experience a PLUS
  • Database experience a PLUS

Salary Range:     $73,900 – $110, 275
