NTS In The News: March 2026

Welcome to our March news roundup! This month at NTS has been a powerful journey of gratitude and action. From honoring the dedicated professionals on our own team to rolling up our sleeves for community service and celebrating the trailblazing women who have served our country, March has been a month of true “Trailblazers in Motion.”

Celebrating the Backbone of NTS: Employee Appreciation Day

We kicked off the month by celebrating Employee Appreciation Day on March 6th. At NTS, we know that our success is built entirely on the talent and commitment of our people. Whether our team members were working in the office or supporting clients from off-site locations, we made sure everyone knew just how much their hard work is valued. Creating a great place to work is a top priority, and we are incredibly grateful for the continued efforts of our staff in providing top-tier service to our clients every day.

Fueling Our Community: A Day of Service with Backpacks of Love

Following an incredibly successful company-wide food drive throughout February, the NTS team transitioned from collecting to serving. On March 10th, our staff participated in an in-person service day at the Backpacks of Love, Inc. pantry in Powhatan. It was a rewarding experience to see the donation bins overflowing and then help pack bags for those in need. We believe that we couldn’t do what we do without the support of our community, and it is a privilege to volunteer alongside such impactful organizations to help our neighbors thrive.

Trailblazers in Motion: Honoring Virginia’s Women Veterans

March also marked Virginia Women Veterans Week, a time to recognize the courage and leadership of the women who have served in our military. With over 110,000 women veterans calling Virginia home—the highest per capita in the nation—NTS was proud to stand in support of these “Trailblazers in Motion.” We encouraged our community to join the commemoration at the Virginia War Memorial in Richmond for the Recognition Ceremony and Luncheon hosted by the Department of Veterans Services. To every woman who has served our country: we honor your bravery, your dedication, and the path you continue to pave for the future.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to grow and serve the Richmond area and beyond!
