These steps include:
- Sourcing: Our recruiting team sources from our internal database, IT user groups, job fairs, major job boards, professional networking and local community relationships.
- Screening: Candidates are pre-screened to ensure their skill sets match requirements and they are prepared and able to handle the position. Corporate culture is considered in making sure both the client and candidate will benefit from the professional relationship.
- Qualifying: We investigate to understand our candidates’ work and salary history, availability, ability to travel, willingness to learn and desire to become part of the team.
- Verification: Every employee undergoes drug screening, criminal background checks and, when necessary, credit, driving and employment verification checks to satisfy contractual obligations. We also participate in E-Verify.
- Interview: Candidates are subject to a multi-part interview process including the recruiter, hiring manager and, when applicable, direct supervisor.
- Monitoring: NTS continues to monitor performance by contacting management periodically. Continued education ensures our employees stay ahead of the curve and can continue to perform optimally in a changing technology environment.
